[Piuparts-devel] Bug#874730: piuparts-reports needs to be ported to python3 as python-rpy2 is gone (or another graphing solution is needed)

sagemath was also bitten by the disappearance on rpy2 from python2 (an
upstream choice,communicated long in advance).

The plan to bring in a new python2-only package based on the 2.8.* releases
of rpy2.  Ximin Luo said he already put it in the NEW queue,
