[Piuparts-devel] Credits for the Debian Project use on Packet

OK. I talked to Zac and we arranged for the project with ID

f58cf2f9-ba9c-40cb-b480-8a43993a203c

to be the main project for this account. You were all given
invites into it, and Mattia is now an admin.
