I'm not continuing with the setproctitle patches until the python-setproctitle
package is available on pejacevic (to avoid breaking things :-))

The recent idea of running slaves in the cloud reminded me that I
wanted to add metapackages with the dependencies for a long time ...
better names welcome.

for preseeding the new sections:
("preseed from" means "cp -al source/pass/ target/",
"and recycle" means "mkdir target/recycle; cd target/pass ; ln *.log ../recycle")

[buster2proposed] preseed from [buster] but *do not* recycle
[sid-broken-symlinks] preseed from [sid] and recycle
[stretch2Xbuster] preseed from [stretch2buster] and recycle
[stretch2Xbuster-rcmd] preseed from [stretch2buster-rcmd] and recycle
