There's a piuparts error with libsystemc-doc [1]:

  Reading package lists...
  Building dependency tree...
  Reading state information...
  E: Unable to locate package libsystemc-doc

That looks like a transient error (maybe the arch:all build took a bit longer).

@piuparts team, can you reschedule that?

I'll unblock this and when that piuparts error is solved, the package should be
able to migrate.
