[Piuparts-devel] piuparts tries to remove fdisk 2.35.1-3, then fails

2.35.1-2 indeed did this change. Versions before had a Depends:
fdisk from util-linux to fdisk (both are built from src:util-linux).

However if this is the problem, why didn't this show up in the -2
tests?

Also, what can be done about it?
