It would probably be useful to have the reason why a bug cannot be
archived documented in on a bug page for -done bugs, but that'd require
quite a bit of code rework to make happen, since that information is
currently only made available internally to the BTS.

Feel free to file a wishlist bug against the debbugs package if you'd
like that to happen.
