So you only press the PC keyboard up/down keys, and then the mouse
moves?

Nope, it's the contrary: at-spi2-core is seeing X unresponsive and just
logs about it. Thus reassigning. You should rather look for the X server
log, in /var/log/Xorg.0.log or ~/.local/share/xorg/Xorg.0.log
