FTR, orca seems stuck on waiting for an at-spi reply, trying to print

21:15:08 - EVENT MANAGER: object:children-changed:add for [desktop frame | main] in None (4, 0, [DEAD])

([DEAD] shows that there's something odd in the any_data part of the produced event)
