Bug#934093: Orca becomes unresponsive when running reportbug

It looks like reportbug is very briefly running some gui thingy that
disappears very quickly but Orca still tries to contact. One way to work
around it is to use

DISPLAY= reportbug

to disable any gui use in reportbug.
