 Can we wait just a little more to see if MODPROBE_OPTIONS="" helps?  If
 it does, it will also fix actual module loading.

 I don't mind adding the || true though, so I've just added it:
  start)
    load_modules || true

 If we can't get confirmation, let's upload on Monday?
