As far as I can tell, deb-systemd-helper does.  I don't know if
dh_systemd_enable does; it appears to only support .service, .socket,
and tmpfiles.d files.  I've reported that as a bug.

Also, your .path unit needs a [Unit] section with a Description field,
as well as what I posted before.
