[Pkg-alsa-devel] Bug#235294: changelog.gz is way obsolete

/usr/share/doc/libasound2-doc/changelog.gz talks about version 0.2.0.
Upstream CVS shows ChangeLog being last touched 4 and a half years
ago. I see no use in distributing it.

Does alsa-lib have a current changelog/news document at all?
