alsa-modules for 2.4.25 hit unstable this evening.

Have a look at README.Debian in alsa-source. If you name your package
the same as the packages we provide, it might or it might not be
replaced, depending on the version number. If you use a version string
like "custom1", your version will be always bigger, because it starts
with letters, while ours start with numbers.

In short, to create the exact same stuff as we would:

apt-get source alsa-modules-i386,

edit debian/control, and adjust build-depends and package names as
needed for the new alsa/kernel versions,

and dpkg-buildpackage.
