[Pkg-alsa-devel] Bug#276797: alsa-tools: software isn't packaged, I suggest adding it to the archive

alsa-tools is an additional package for ALSA and it is needed
to operate several cards (i.e. multichannel architectures).

All build-dependencies are satisfied by Debian unstable, so
adding it shouldn't be too complex.
