[Pkg-alsa-devel] Bug#276798: alsa-firmware: software isn't packaged, I suggest adding it to the archive

alsa-firmware is part of the ALSA and needed for several cards.
It's currently not available in Debian but I think it should
(if possible).

A brief look at the licenses showed GPL but I don't know if
this is liberal enough for Debian (remembering, but not being
involved in the kernel-firmware-discussion).
