Yes, I did it to avid the risk that someone @fsf was crazy enough to publish
a new GPL that allows anything. It very unlikely of course, but I've seen a
lot of very unlikely things happen in the latest years. I read the v3 draft
and it think it's on the right way, even though it's still quite messy in
some parts.
BTW, I don't see any problem of packing GPLv2 and GPLv2+ -licenced programs
toghether, but if it is a problem for you, I can change the licence
immediately.
