I execute the following step

1 - reinstall libasound2 1.0.16
2 - reboot
3 - rm /var/lib/alsa/asound.state
4 - /usr/sbin/alsa force-reload | reboot
5 - aplay /usr/share/sounds/ekiga/ring.wav
--> same behavior, noisy ond quiet sound on the right speaker
6 - reinstall libasound2 1.0.13 (without reboot or alsa force-reload)
7 - aplay /usr/share/sounds/ekiga/ring.wav
--> works like expected

In the syslog is no warning or error message.
