I don't have your soundchip handy. I suppose this is chip dependent,
though.

You can try:
$ amixer set "PC Beep" 0 && modprobe -r pcspkr

If you want really fight for your own beep you must file a bug
against alsa-driver at [0] or even first ask at [1, 2].
