It seems that your headset is the default card. I am missing card 1
(Karte 1). Did you changed settings in /etc/modprobe.d?
Well try the following:
As root:
# modprobe -rv snd_hda_codec_hdmi snd_hda_codec_realtek snd_hda_intel snd_hda_codec
# service alsa-utils restart
# aplay -l
There should only your headset be listed now.
If yes, test as user whether your headset is used or not.
