If only 20% of the popcon installs have testing/sid installed, 14% is a high 
number. But if 70% use testing/sid, then 14% is little.

That's what I ment, from you data (presentation? or maybe me reading it...) I 
could not see whether 14% is low or high, while you seemed to be surprised 
it's this low.
