[pkg-apparmor] OPW Status update week 3&4

Hi,

during our last meeting [0] we agreed on several tasks.

You committed to review the documentation (thanks!) and since then I
re-adapted it and tried to add more information, in particular
concerning how to contact upstream. I realize now too that I should
always put a comment when submitting a new version of a page, so we can
better track what I changed.

Reading the emails from parspes on this list, I wonder if we should
create a dedicated page about profiles on the wiki. This page could link
to documentation on how to write profiles, and where to submit them for
review. I would like to discuss this with you during our next meeting
tomorrow.

I have not managed until now to work on pulling my own changes on
pidgin-blinklight to apparmor-profiles-extra but I hope to do this
before tomorrow afternoon.
The same goes for fixing the pidgin profile which cannot write to
prefs.xml on a clean Sid install.

I have not made huge progress on the user stories [1]. But I have
managed to read up on cucumber in the meantime and will try to finish
the stories for tomorrow.
