There are two aspects to it.

Regarding the mailing list address: given we'll keep our mailing list
thanks to the Alioth lists continuation project, there's nothing to do
and the usertags will keep working :)  And anyway: the email address
for a usertag is pretty much arbitrary, so even if/when we have to
migrate our mailing list to another address, I see no strong reason
(except consistency of course!) to bother re-creating the usertags
under the new address.

OTOH we get usertags email notifications via a cronjob that IIRC runs
under Ulrike's Alioth account. We should migrate it elsewhere before
Alioth shuts down. Ulrike, can you please confirm and point us to the
VCS where the corresponding code lives?
