[pkg-apparmor] Bug#917962: initscript lacks implementation of aa_log_action_start() and aa_log_action_end()

Jakub reported on https://bugs.debian.org/917874#11 that under
sysvinit, /etc/init.d/apparmor prints warnings about missing
functions:

  /etc/init.d/apparmor: 209: /etc/init.d/apparmor: aa_log_action_start: not found
  /etc/init.d/apparmor: 221: /etc/init.d/apparmor: aa_log_action_end: not found

I have no system running sysvinit and lack time to set one up right
now, so to maximize chances this is fixed in time for the freeze, it
would be great if I could get feedback from sysvinit users.

So could one of you please test the candidate fix:
