[Pkg-ayatana-devel] Bug#705133: libappindicator1: Should allow alternative to indicator-application

Package: libappindicator1
Version: 0.4.92-2
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

libappindicator1 currently recommends indicator-application. This means that
even people running a KDE desktop will, per default, get that package
installed, without any need for it - KDE Plasma can display application
indicators as well.
The Recommends should therefore be changed to "indicator-application |
indicator-renderer", and I will bug the KDE maintainers to provide the virtual
package "indicator-renderer".

Kind regards,
Ralf
