Yes, i target it for wheezy. RM didn't accept changes between 5.2.6 and
5.2.10 due to there really was not bugfix-only releases.
But all changes in 5.2.6+dfsg-3 really only fix bugs, fix debian-policy
incosistencies and one change build process (build all databases at the
same time).

yes.

Ucf was added in previous upload only for newly created /etc/default/*
It does not affect all other config files, because this will be
significant change.

there is only changes in build process, no any build flags changed,
builded libraries and binaries are identical. But this is significantly
reduce time i need for rebuild and test any changes in packages.
I hope, this arguments will be enough.
