[pkg-bacula-devel] Backports candidate version 5.2.6+dfsg-5_bpo60+1

Following Alexandro's stirling job with getting out 5.2.6+dfsg-5
version I've done the lazy bit and updated our squeeze-backports
branch to include all of those changes, too.

includes debs that came out as an effect of those changes and I'm now
in the middle of testing those debs (incremental and differential
backups have already passed).  Unless something unexpected pops out
I'd greatly appreciate if someone could upload those to backports in
the coming days as the changes include few important fixes.
