This should have been discussed *before* submitting 54 bugs, see the
"Debian Developer's Reference":

There is an ongoing discussion on debian-devel started on another bug
you submitted for the very same reason:


Given that the output of the above discussion is still not clear, IMHO
it is too early to simply add the proposed changes, hence the moreinfo
