I have to undo some of the changes I did with dh_systemd_start, because
I misread the man-page and got confused about when it is needed and when
it actually inserts code into the prerm/postinst scripts and when not.

As far as I can see right now, it would be easier, if the init
scripts/systemd units for the director would not be in the
bacula-director-common package but inside each variant.

But I have to do some more research before I can say that with full
confidence.
