"Confused" is the correct term here ... The bacula.conf tmpfile.d
configuration is patched to got into /usr/lib/tmpfiles.d.

Still, somehow that config file got lost somewhere. The bug to move the
location was #698978 from 2013 and fixed in 7.0.5-1 by Carsten.

The tmpfiles.d/bacula.conf was included in 5.2.6-1 as a resolution to
#624532

On the systems of mine which have said file, the date of it is in
January 2013.

What is even more puzzling (at the moment) is that the upstream source
has an "install-conf" target in platforms/systemd/Makefile which is
supposed to install a bacula.conf to the tmpfiles.d directory, but there
is no bacula.conf (or bacula.conf.in) in the sources at all.

I guess I have a journey through the old git tags in front of me to find
out when exaclty the configuration went missing.

Grüße,
Sven.
