I tested the latest packages from branch migrate-files and everything
looks fine so far. The init-scripts and systemd-files are added
correctly and the needed prerm/postinst modifications by debhelper are
also correct. Because it now just works, I went ahead and removed the
commented lines from debian/rules and also fixed the changelog to not
contain false or misleading information.
