If we really really wanted, we could optimize this further by providing
an override config file in
/lib/systemd/system/bacula-director.service.d/ by
bacula-director-mysql/pgsql containing only the really needed
dependencies for either mysql and postgresql.

But the use case would be quite minimal I think. It really only would be
a net gain if one has both mysql AND postgresql installed on the
director server and we really only wanted to wait for the start of the
one DB backend used by the director.
