Control: severity -1 important

Hi Jörg,

ok. To make your backups work again, you can remove "NO_ZERO_DATE" from
your SQL_MODE setting in your MySQL-server.

For details on how to check the current setting and how to change it,
please see

https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.7/en/sql-mode.html

I'm downgrading the bug to "important" as it does not make the package
"unusable for everyone" and thus grave is too severe.

I will try to reproduce the error and see if and how it can be
fixed or prevented.
