it's processed already, but updates to the keyring are published only
about once a month. Last time was 2017-02-12, so "it should happen in
the next week or so".

Until now I've hesitated because after the current backported version,
the big changes were integrated. I often wonder why there's no
"backports-proposed-updates" with automatic testing-like
migration. Probably for the same reason why bug reports don't go to the
bts...

Well, I'll see about getting the new version into backports.
