I see no reason why it shouldn't work correctly on Jessie. debhelper>=10
is available via jessie-backports, so we don't need any changes to
debian/control for dh-systemd.

And the other changes also work, I've not seen any complaints *and* they
work on all my systems accross multiple architectures just fine.

I merged stretch into jessie-backports and did a test build in a
jessie-backports chroot on i386, amd64 and armhf and all package contents
(especially post*/pre* scripts) look fine.

If you want to, I can easily do an additional installation test on my
systems at work.

I pushed my changes to alioth (no need for you to duplicate the work I
already did). Well, "changes", because the only real change is to
debian/changelog.
