the concern seems to be that something/someone else could use the PID
file as information.

Anyway the whole thing seems a bit far-fetched to me, but better stay on
the safe side... if a traceback is needed, we know how to tell people to
get it now.

I'll upload the thing for now, maybe Kern can fix tracebacks with
keeping the necessary capability.
