What are your thoughts on putting in cleanup code to remove the files
from /?

Something like

  rm -f /bacula*.conf.ucftmp-*

in bacula-common.postinst if the previous version was either 9.0.6-* or
9.0.7-1? And maybe also in bacula-common.postrm?
