[pkg-bacula-devel] 9.0.7 and Qt5

Hi!

Just FYI: Yesterday I tested if the strange workaround for those
Qt5.9/CMake/libtool shenanigans which cause the "bat" binary being only
the libtool wrapper during installation are still needed.

Result: They are.

I (and the Gentoo guys as well) don't know why this happens and why it
seems to only happen since Qt5.9.
