I did some local tests including some more piuparts shenanigans, looking
very hard and stern and the dependency relationship between the
bacula-common-DB and bacula-director-DB package and now believe them to
be correct.

I also looked at other packages doing the same and they also use the
same style of dependencies.

I've pushed a new branch to evaluate this.
