I imported 9.4.0 in my personal repository and just did a build, which
worked fine. Two patches needed a refresh, but no conflicts so far. I am
running a local piuparts test as I write this mail and will see what the
CI tests report once they are done.

It also looks like the changes I did in the "stored-plugins" ages ago
can finally be merged into master, since the plugins for S3 and aligned
storage have been backported from the Enterprise edition.
