Ah, this breaks, but not because of the Arch-All-Transition but because
of the SD-plugins:

make DESTDIR=/build/bacula-9.4.0/debian/tmp -C src/stored
install-aligned install-cloud
make[2]: Entering directory '/build/bacula-9.4.0/src/stored'
make[2]: *** No rule to make target 'install-aligned'. Stop.
make[2]: Leaving directory '/build/bacula-9.4.0/src/stored'
make[1]: *** [debian/rules:128: override_dh_auto_install] Error 2
make[1]: Leaving directory '/build/bacula-9.4.0'
make: *** [debian/rules:112: binary-indep] Error 2
dpkg-buildpackage: error: debian/rules binary-indep subprocess returned
exit status 2

I moved the install of the SD plugins into the arch-dependent install
target, where they belong.

Grüße,
Sven.
