I'd say: Just upload 9.4.0. Either the buildds chose the correct libs
and it works or it FTBFS and will get rescheduled later, once mariadb
has been fixed. At least the give-back can be done by the wann-buildd
admins and does not need any interaction froum our/your side. (So is my
understanding of the inner workings of wanna-build.)
