The newest upload of mysql-defaults=1.0.5 seemed to have fixed this, at
least for me. Bacula builds again in my pbuilder chroots.
libmariadb-dev-compat contains a symlink from /usr/include/mysql ->
/usr/include/mariadb, which provides mysql.h, theoretically fixing #917266.
Let's wait and see if the buildds pick this up or need manual prodding.
