Ah, wrong, debdiff works not the way I thought it would.
There *is* a significant (for us) change in xr.sty, used for external
references. It has been upgraded
- [1994/05/28 v5.02 eXternal References (DPC)]
+ [2018/10/01 v5.03 eXternal References (DPC)]
to a version 24 years newer. And I guess this breaks the Bacula-Doc build.
