The source isn't really autoreconfable it seems. So I abandoned that
idea and went the way of a very simple debian/autogen.sh which just
calls aclocal with the right parameters and then runs autoconf as done
before. This works, reduces the clutter in the patch and prevents quilt
errors in the future.
