[pkg-bacula-devel] Branch stored-plugins

Hi!

I noticed we don't shipe the aligned volumes and cloud storage plugins
available since 9.0.x for the SD.

Unfortunately they are not included in the normal "make install" target
but have to be installed separately.

To get this to work, I had to add an override target for dh_auto_install.

Could you please check if I did anything stupid or if something can be
done better? Right now both plugins are installed into the bacula-sd
package and not bacula-common, because they are only useful for the SD.
