[pkg-bacula-devel] dh11 breaks bacula stretch-backports

I did two testbuilds with dh10 and dh11 and both succeeded. I guess we
can revert to dh11 for the backport.

You tested the database upgrade paths and they were ok, so I won't
duplicate the effort.

In a few days I'll release to backports.
