According to the discussion in upstream bug #2704, there will be a new
13.0.x release, because warning messages aren't shown in the job
reports.

I guess I'll wait for that before uploading to backports.

I haven't upgraded a bigger installation yet, either. I'm wondering how
long the database upgrade will take, especially when the database sits
on spinning disks.
