piuparts for v15 now fails with:

applying upgrade sql for 13.0.4-1 -> 15.0.0.
error encountered processing /usr/share/dbconfig-common/data/bacula-director-mysql/upgrade/mysql/15.0.0:
mysql said: ERROR 1060 (42S21) at line 1: Duplicate column name 'Plugins'

The column "Plugins" shouldn't preexist.

Maybe there's a bug elsewhere?
