It seems bareos-bat was accidentally droped in

Felix, can you please take care of re-including the binary package?

For bareos-webui: I've not seen any effort in packaging this and have
no idea how easy or complicated it is.
I think Felix is currently pretty much alone on the packing front, so if
you want to help, this will be appreciated.
