The bareos.org project provides packages for bareos-webui. debian
directory is included in the sources. However, bareos-webui is an extra
repository, so I'm not sure, how much effort it will be to integrate it
to Debian. Beginning with bareos-16.2, we reduced dependencies a lot
(including the required parts of Zend Framework directly in the
bareos-webui sources/package).

About bat: while the bareos.org project continues to build it, we
marked it as deprecated in bareos-16.2 and plan not to include it in the
next major release (17.2).
